Since each project is a collection of different things that need to be done, we need to speak directly with you so that we can prepare a quote that fits your specific needs.

Studio Terms and Conditions

Reserving Studio Time
Reservation of studio time will be confirmed upon receipt of Purchase Order from a record label or record company, or a deposit equal to one-half of the estimated studio charges for the project. Cancellations
Cancellation or rescheduling of block bookings and lockout time must occur at least 5 (five) days in advance of the first session start time. Less than 5 days notice will result in client being charged for 50% of the scheduled time. All other studio time must be cancelled 48 hours in advance of the session start time. Less than 48 hours notice will result in client being charged not less than 1 hour of studio time. Catbox Studios has the right to retain all deposits if studio time is not cancelled within the timeframe stated above. Studio time that is "On Hold" will be held for 48 hours ONLY. Catbox Studios will also charge clients for all expenses incurred in preparation for session prior to receipt of notice of cancellation. Payment for any rentals incurred for session work will be the client's responsibility.

Payment
Catbox Studios accepts cash, check, wire transfer, money orders. Visa, Mastercard and American Express via PAYPAL on this website as forms of payment. Unless a Purchase Order has been issued by a record label or record company, payment is due upon completion of each session unless prior arrangements have been made with Gary Kitchens. No project in any form will be released without payment in full. If paying by personal check, Catbox Studios reserves the right to hold all projects until your check has cleared our bank. All checks should be made out to Gary Kitchens.

Responsibilities
Unless specified otherwise in your session agreement, your studio block will be indicated on the ROC event calendar once it is reserved. This posting constitutes an outstanding obligation on the part of the studio to reserve that time for your project. If the posting is inaccurate in any way, it is the client's responsibility to contact the studio and resolve the discrepancy. Catbox Studio and ROC reserve the right to cancel an outstanding project reservation at any time and return any advance deposits or payments made for project expenses. At no time shall Catbox Studio, ROC, Mike Sirmans, Gary Kitchens or any other studio representatives or assigns liability to the client exceed the amounts paid to the studio for studio time and normal project expenses.
